Returns

Are not accepted unless items are damaged. If your merchandise is damaged upon delivery, please notify us immediately so we may arrange a replacement. All damaged items must be returned to Sorority Girl Store for a refund.

Cancellations

Must be made within 24 hours. Depending on inventory, your order may ship the same day the order is placed. If your product has already shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Custom orders may not be cancelled.

Shipping

USPS Priority Mail charges are determined by the package weight and destination from our location in Nashville, TN.  Delivery by the US Postal services ranges depending on destination.

If you need expedited shipping, email or call us to place your order. UPS and FedEx services are available.
